Every project begins with a structured kickoff session. We align on business objectives, target users, technical constraints, timeline expectations, and budget parameters. The output is a comprehensive design brief that serves as the project's north star.

We investigate the competitive landscape, user behaviors, material possibilities, and manufacturing options. This phase produces the insights that inform every subsequent design decision, ensuring we solve the right problems from the start.

Rapid ideation produces 50 or more concept directions. Through structured evaluation against the design brief criteria, we narrow to three strong directions presented with full sketches, 3D visualizations, and CMF boards for stakeholder review.

The selected concept moves into physical prototyping. We produce appearance models, functional prototypes, and user-test units. Iterative testing cycles refine ergonomics, aesthetics, and mechanical performance before committing to tooling.

Detailed engineering begins with production-intent 3D CAD models. We develop complete manufacturing documentation including 2D drawings with GD&T specifications, assembly instructions, material callouts, and quality inspection criteria.

We remain engaged through tooling development and initial production runs. Our team reviews first articles, resolves any manufacturing issues, and ensures the final product matches design intent. We stay involved until production quality is consistent.
